Quay Leisure Centre White Flag Award
The Quay Leisure Centre at the Talbot Wexford has recently obtianed the prestigious White Flag Award from the Institute of Leisure and Amenity Management (ILAM). This award recognises high standards of excellence in health and lesiure facilities and is endorsed by Failte Ireland and the Irish Hotels Federation. The rigorous inspection examines key criteria including interior and exterior, staff, disability provisions, hygiene, operations, environmental factors and water quality. The Quay Leisure Centre came out on top in all of these areas and was presented with their award at a prestigious ceremony in the Strand Hotel Limerick, on October 16th last. The ceremony was attended by Pauline Lehane and Sinead Hayes of the Quay Leisure Centre and Pauline is pictured here accepting the award
