I would like to introduce people to a style of Yoga that is achievable for every body. Bringing focus to the journey rather than the goal of touching your toes. I intend to create a space for connection with self and with others. Moving away from fast paced competition and closer to a place of loving community. This encourages self acceptance and releases happy hormones to your brain! And isn’t that the main goal in life?
