Rebecca joined the Talbot Team back in May 2007 where she gained experience in various departments including Conference & Banqueting, the Oysterlane Restaurant and The Gallery Coffee Dock. She became sales & marketing co-ordinator in 2012 following completion of her degree in Business from Carlow IT. She progressed up to Wedding & Events Manager in 2017 where she is passionate about creating a unique wedding experience for her weddding couples.
Jodie joined the Wedding & Events team as Wedding & Events Co-Ordinator in July 2021. A graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology where she studied Hospitality Management, Jodie very quickly found her feet in the wedding and events department where she has already helped many couples in making their day extra special.
